Mike founded Zipfel Capital in 2006 with one singular goal; thru diverse lending relationships, provide clients the most aggressive terms on the marketplace.

Since then, with an emphasis on jumbo lending, Mike’s placed thousands of loans, empowered internal loan officer development & diversified Zipfel Capital growth by adding the commercial vertical. Today, Zipfel Capital has originated over 2B in residential debt & another 325M in commercial. In 2021, Scotsman Guide Magazine ranked Mike the #2 residential volume broker in Ohio.

Mike guest teaches a lending course at Miami University, serves on the University of Cincinnati’s Real Estate Schools BEARE Board & coaches his kids sports. A graduate of Miami University with a degree in Finance, Mike resides in Indian Hill with his wife Liz and five kids.

As an equity partner in Zipfel Capital, Tim provides an unparalleled level of customer service & execution for his clients. Ten years as a debt placement strategist, Tim works directly with his client’s wealth managers, real estate brokers, CPA’s & attorneys to ensure the mortgage aligns with both their short and long term financial goals.

Leader amongst his industry peers, Tim was recognized in Mortgage Professional Magazines America’s HOT 100 list for 2018; movers and shakers redefining America’s mortgage industry. In 2019 & 2020, Scotsman Guide Magazine ranked Tim the #1 residential volume broker in Ohio. Tim has published advice within Cincinnati Business Courier’s “Ask the Expert” column.

Being a life-long Cincinnati resident, Tim holds a bachelor’s degree from Xavier University and is a graduate of The Summit Country Day School.

Outside of Zipfel Capital, Tim is a real estate investor and active within the Cincinnati Youth Collaborative. He lives in the Cincinnati with his wife Emily and three kids.

As Business Manager, Blake oversees company ops, implementation of Zipfel's marketing strategies, brand management, community outreach, client retention efforts as well as compliance.

Adding thoughtful prospective, Blake has been a featured professional radio guest on “Business Wise” WNKU discussing market trends and lending best practices. Venue Magazine featured Blake in their 2019 "Next Generation of Community Leaders" & 2021 on their "40 Under 40" list.

Blake received his Bachelors of Science degree from University of Denver, Daniels College of Business, & resides in Indian Hill with his wife Jessica & two sons. He is an avid squash player, golfer & downhill skier.

Wilson started his lending career in 2018 as a loan officer before joining Zipfel Capital. He spent six years producing for a correspondent lender while covering more than a dozen branches across Greater Cincinnati. Not only does Wilson excel in exploring different loan programs tailored to his client’s specific circumstances, his efficiency in keeping all parties informed throughout the entirety of a transaction is unsurpassed. Wilson’s extensive network of industry professionals delivers an advantage to his clients.

Born and raised in Cincinnati, Wilson is an alumnus of Indian Hill High School and received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Georgia. Wilson umpires for youth baseball and he enjoys traveling to go watch his Georgia Bulldogs. When it’s not football season, then chances are his next journey will include attending live music. Wilson currently resides in Mt. Lookout with his girlfriend and their rescued pitbull, Roofus.
